Ingredients: 400 gr blueberries, 350 gr flour, 150 gr brown sugar, 120 gr butter, 150 gr natural yogurt, 3 eggs, one packet of baking powder, vanilla extract, muffin liners, and optionally powdered sugar for dusting.
Preparation:
Melt the butter in a bain-marie and let it cool slightly. Meanwhile, turn on the oven to heat to 180 degrees.
Put the eggs in a bowl, along with the brown sugar, yogurt, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix well and add the flour mixed beforehand with the baking powder. Homogenize and add the well-washed blueberries, dried on a napkin. Mix carefully with a spoon, trying to crush the blueberries as little as possible.
Place the muffin paper in the molds and pour in the composition so that only a finger of paper remains above. After you put the trays in the oven for 30 minutes, the magic happens and the muffins grow big and fluffy. Let them cool in molds or on a wire rack.
Just before serving, dust them with sugar. Enjoy!
